| Fraser J. McLeay,
RMB director, manages key public and private sector initiatives.
He has served as Senior Manager of the Montana World Trade Center
and Adjunct Assistant Professor of Marketing at the University of
Montana since June 1998. From 1996-1998, McLeay was the Managing Director
of a European-based consulting firm specializing in international
business and marketing. He has worked for multinationals such as Nestlé
(Poland), and Nutricia Asia-Pacific, Ltd. (Hong Kong), as well as
on World Bank and EU-funded marketing, business development and training
programs. Additionally, McLeay served as Assistant Professor of International
Marketing at the University of Newcastle on Tyne in the United Kingdom,
and as a visiting professor at Macquarie University in Sydney. McLeay
holds a Ph.D. in Marketing and a bachelor's degree in Agricultural
Science from Lincoln University, New Zealand. |

Arnold E. Sherman

Arnold
E. Sherman, an RMB international
business expert, is Executive Director of the Montana World Trade
Center and Adjunct Professor at the School of Business Administration
of The University of Montana. Sherman is the founder and former
chairman of the American Center for International Leadership, the
premier organization for introducing emerging leaders of the world
to their counterparts, particularly in developing democracies. He
is the former Founder and President of SGB Communications, a public
affairs and business advisory firm. Sherman holds a bachelor's degree
from the University of Cincinnati and a master's degree from Xavier
University. He is a frequent lecturer and author of professional articles
on business development and public affairs. He is an internationally
recognized expert in new market strategies and has worked and traveled
in more than 70 countries |
| Brigitta
Miranda-Freer, RMB international
business adviser and logistics expert, is Membership Services Manager
for the Montana World Trade Center. She manages consultancy projects
for MWTC members and clients, assists in new member development, and
coordinates special projects and events, including trade missions.
Previously, Freer worked in international sales and marketing for
Pennsylvania-based Winner International, maker of The Club® vehicle
anti-theft device. Prior to that, she worked with the Washington,
D.C.-based Citizens Network for Foreign Affairs to expand U.S. trade
in emerging economies through public-private partnerships, and with
the Inter-American Bar Association. Freer is fluent in Spanish and
an honors graduate of The American University in Washington, DC with
bachelor's degrees in International Affairs and Spanish/Latin American
area studies. |

| Dr. Jeff Shay
is an entrepreneurship advisor for RMB. He earned his B.S. in finance
and entrepreneurial studies from Babson College (1987), his MBA in
strategic management from the F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business
at Babson College (1991), and his Ph.D. in international business
from Cornell University (1999). Dr. Shay has 10 years of experience
working as an international management consultant; has taught courses
at Cornell University, Centre International de Glion, and the Australian
International Hotel School; and continues to provide strategic planning,
international business planning, and new venture development consulting
services through Montana Business Capital Corporation and the Montana
World Trade Center. |

Ryan Wright
|
Ryan Wright
is an RMB expert on e-commerce and an instructor in the School of
Business Administration at the University of Montana. His expertise
is in quantitative methods, management information systems and e-business.
Prior to teaching in the business school, he was awarded an MBA from
the University of Montana, where he was a graduate assistant responsible
for working with the advanced network infrastructure. He has completed
his Microsoft Professional Certification for the Windows 2000 track.
He also continues to serve as a member of the business school's technology
team. |
