OANDA CURRENCY CONVERTER
International currencies fluctuate by the second.  Even if getting paid in $US, exporters need to be aware of current exchange rates as well as historical trends and future projections.  The OANDA Currency Site provides real time and historical comparisons between 164 set currencies, as well as access to foreign exchange news, and business analysis tools.  Extensive instructions can be found on the site.  Remember, OANDA rates will vary from those issued by your bank.
WORLD TIME SERVER
One of the most frequent tools that any firm conducting international business should use is the World Time Server.  This tool can be used to determine any time, anywhere.  It allows you to search for local times by  using either country or city search engines  that have been adjusted to incorporate Daylight Saving Time. 
BABEL FISH LANGUAGE TRANSLATOR  
From sales literature and websites, to product packaging, technical documents, contracts, and sales requests, exporters need to continuously communicate messages to and from other languages and cultures.  The Babel Fish Language Translator will help you translate individual words and short passages to and from English to a number of other languages; and to and from several specific pairs of languages (for example, German to French, French to German). You can also translate Web sites.
US CENSUS BUREAU SCHEDULE B EXPORT CODES
If you have questions on what Export B Code is required to export goods and services from the US, or why or how to use export codes, this tool is for you. You can classify your own product through a keyword search, find out more Schedule B Export Codes and Harmonized Tariff Schedules,browse through the chapters of the Schedule B book, download a text file containing the entire Schedule B book, and view obsolete Schedule B codes. 
INTERNATIONAL TRADE ADMINISTRATION SHIPPING FORMS
These interactive tools will help answer questions and even allow you to file some of your export documentation online.  Specific features include a guide to export forms, including NAFTA Certificate of Origin Documents, and links to software designed to help you export and run your export business.  You can also download and file Shipping Export Declarations and Export Licenses on-line.  Remember that RMB's Basic Guide to Exporting also provides detailed descriptions of shipping forms as well as sample forms. 
UNIVERSITY OF TEXAS AT AUSTIN ON-LINE MAPS
Are you unable to find where a potential buyer, supplier or competitor is located?  Do you need to know more about a country's demography, geography, or population density?   The University of Texas at Austin's on-line library has one of the most comprehensive collection of maps available, as well as links to other map sites.
US DEPARTMENT OF COMMERCE TAX AND TARIFF INFORMATION
Any exporter entering a new market needs to know what duty, tariff, or quota, will be applied to his or her products in a specific country, as well as changes in such taxes.  This business tool will help you determine the levels of taxes and tariffs that will be levied on your products when they are exported to other countries.  It also includes links to customs websites in other countries.
METRIC CONVERSIONS
Have you ever spent a lot of time trying to convert from pounds to kilos or inches to centimeters or ounces to liters?  Many countries operate with a metric system, and imperial (UK) measuring systems are often different from those in the US.  This interactive tool makes it easy to calculate conversions in  length, area, volume/capacity, mass and temperature.

Provides you with access to up to date information on the latest rules and regulations relating to sanctions, boycotts, export licensing and other relevant information.
